The Do-Over (LA Party)

This isn’t a very Bay Area topic but being in LA earlier this summer, I was invited last minute to this party and me being a newbie, had no clue what this was about. Unfortunately due to flight schedules, I was unable to attend this event. It wasn’t until after I got home that I checked to see what all the fuss was about and to my suprise, turned out to look like a pretty crackin’-ass poarty! I mean all the big name DJ’s rolling thru and dropping killer sets on a Sunday afternoon in downtown Hollywood w/ sangria + BBQ, I wanted to go back! lol

I didn’t go but what’s really cool about Do-Over is that they record all the DJ sets and give em out FREE online. They got all kinds of sets from doods like J.Rocc (Beat Junkies), Stevie-1nder, DJ Ayers (The Rub), A-trak, Fashen, Nick Catchdubs, Jayceeoh + more! Def peep + cop a mix for that ipod. Lots of dope stuff.

I think its only a summer party and seein that summers almost over, I’ll have to make a date next year..
